How does the home phone service work?
Our digital home phone service works just like your traditional phone service, using a standard phone handset, except your phone calls are sent over the Internet instead of over traditional copper phone lines. Compared to traditional phone lines, our service is more reliable and gives you better call quality.
Does my computer need to be on to make or receive calls?
No, your computer does not need to be on to use your home phone service. Only your high speed Internet and your power need to be on for your phone to work.
Can I use my home phone service when I travel?
Yes, you certainly can, but instead of lugging around your phone adapter and your phone or having to borrow a physical phone we suggest you use our recommended digital phone app. With the mobile app you can place and receive calls as if you were right at home.
Can I use my own adapter?
You could, but this option is only recommended for technically savvy individuals. We provide technical support only for the adapter that is provided by us when you activate your service.
Will my home phone service work with all my phones?
No, only the phone that is plugged into the adapter can receive the calls. You can also use your digital cordless phone system with multiple handsets.

- Allows you to make and receive calls only

- Unlimited US & Canada calling
- Minimum 1 year contract term with Free ATA adapter deal
